- In the first term, the exam will be conducted in multiple-choice format on an OMR sheet. 40 questions will be asked from each subject. Four options are given for each question. Out of these, mark the most appropriate answer in dark black on your OMR answer sheet. Use a blue or black ballpoint pen only. Pencil is prohibited.
- All questions are compulsory. Each question is weighted to 10 marks.
- Students must secure 33% marks to pass.
- Please return the OMR answer sheet to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. You can take the question booklet with you.
- The second term has three sections, A, B, and C; the total number of questions is 19.
- Question numbers 1–7 are very short answer types. Answer any five of these questions in a maximum of one sentence. Each question carries one mark.
- Question numbers 8–14 are short answer types. Answer any five of these questions in a maximum of 50 words. Each question carries 3 marks.
- Question numbers 15–19 are long answer types. Answer any three of these questions in a maximum of 100 words. Each question carries 5 marks.
